I never had fried green tomatoes and was offered one. The explosion of flavors had me asking where could I get this awesome dish. I found out I was just a few miles away and went off my route to get to the Wharf. I was greeted by wonderful staff who helped me with my order by making suggestions since it was my first time there. I told the waitress that I was there because I wanted an order of fried green tomatoes. I told her that I was offered one and loved it. Upon receiving my food, I was greeted by the manager on duty who thanked me for going off my route to come and see them. He also gave me a coupon for a free order of stuffed mushrooms or fried green tomatoes on my next visit. I will definitely stop back soon to try other menu options and the stuffed mushrooms. It was undoubtedly a great experience and worth the visit.

I was in Valdosta for a night and was in the mood for a seafood restaurant. See the reviews for the restaurant and decided to give them a try. OMG!! If I could drive 3.5 hours everyday to eat the loaded fried green tomatoes, I would. It was the best tasty experience I have ever had in a LONG time. I was so excited to dig in, I forgot to take pictures of the plate before eating. Oh well! Trust me, if you’re in Valdosta.. give them a try! And if you live in Valdosta... please send the over loaded fried green tomatoes my way. Please and thank you! I ordered the potato salad, fried oysters, with a side of carrot cake. I left Valdosta a very happy woman.

WOW! Simply excellent food. Oyster Po Boy was delicious. The bun was soft and flavorful. So many oysters and tomatoes I couldn’t really close the sandwich! Husband had the blackened shrimp with lots of tasty sauce. It’s not cheap but “have you been o McDonald’s lately?” This is good food you’ll remember and want to come back for more! Oh and the owner and counter server were both delightful! Photo looks messy - but you’ll want to eat every messy bite. Thank you for doing it right!!

This place is Herron in plain sight! Our food was cooked to order so it was hot when we received it. We even had a large party and didn’t have to wait long. Everything was seasoned well. The blueberry lemonade was delicious! The women’s bathroom was spotless, which is important to me. The staff was pleasant and patient with us since it was our first time there. We will definitely visit again when we come back.

The service here was great. It’s fast casual, so you order and pay at the counter and the food comes to your table. The food came out hot and it was good. I ordered a cup of gumbo as an appetizer and the red beans and rice with blackened shrimp as my main. My only critique is the red beans and rice dish was a little too salty. Other than that, the flavor was really good so I’d chalk it up to it being an off day and I’ll try it again in the future.

First time here & Josseline R was amazing. Very fast service & very nice server with great customer service which I always love & appreciate! I had the wharf tacos with the gumbo. 10/10 I will be back to try more.

The experience was unique! The customer service was impeccable! The food was delicious! Portions were probably the proper size but I felt for the price they were a little small. The flavors of the blackened Destin platter were bold. Nothing bland about this food at all! However, I was not impressed with the texture of the crab cake but the flavor was fantastic. When I eat a crab cake I don't expect it to mush apart like this one did. We ordered the garlic green beans as a side and omg they were amazing! The side salad was a bag salad mix that was fancied up with some halved grape tomatoes and sliced almonds. The balsamic vinaigrette I got with the salad was perfect. All in all it was worth the visit!
